Send feedback to Prodsight from 2,000+ sources via Zapier
Part of the Prodsight vision is to allow users to discover their most important customer feedback issues. These days, you’re probably getting customer feedback from a variety of sources – support tickets in Zendesk, reviews in G2Crowd, NPS surveys in Retently and survey responses in Survicate.
That’s why we’re super excited to announce that you can now use Zapier to send data from all of these sources and 2,000 other ones to Prodsight for analysis. Zapier is an integration platform that allows you to connect your web services together using zero-code “zaps”. We have prepared loads of “zap” templates so you can get started as soon as possible.
For example, with our Satismeter template, you’ll be able to automatically send new NPS survey responses directly to Prodsight, where they can be analyzed for key topics and sentiment alongside all your other feedback. The Zapier integration will be available to all users that have connected at least one other direct integration, click here to see a list of our direct integrations.
